Ultimate quality unsurprisingly calls for an ultimate GPU – probably more than one. Even at 1680x1050, it took an HD 7970 or GTX Titan to render an average of more than 60fps, while the minimum frame rate of the 7970 was around 30fps. Nvidia’s cards continue to struggle and the minimum frame rates are far too low as the GTX Titan dropped to just 19fps in spots. Compared directly to an Astro A50 (wireless), the G633 (wired) sounds crisper and better balanced. Please note I did not get a chance to compare apples to apples – the A50 against the G933 (wireless). The TSA started using its biometric system in 16 US airports as an optional screening procedure requiring the traveler to insert their ID document and have their face scanned. The system is named CAT-2, and according to the TSA, it can successfully match a live photo captured against the image on the digital ID to verify a passenger’s identity. If we look at the data from the lowest quality presets tested at 1080p across the 11 games in this article, we find that the overclocked 2600K was 27% slower than the overclocked 8700K when comparing the average frame rate, or you could say that the 8700K was 37% faster. This is true of both the average frame rate and 1% low result. On average, the overclocked 2600K was also only able to match the stock 4770K and was therefore beaten by the stock 7600K....

This is quite a significant margin given both motherboards utilized the same memory modules at the same frequency using the same timings. As mentioned earlier, by default the Asrock H55M Pro was overclocking the Core i3 540 processor but we took care of that to make this a fair game. When benchmarking the FSB appeared to be locked at 800MHz, so we are not sure what the case of this extra performance is....

Prey is a well-optimized title and the GTX 780 had no trouble delivering highly playable frame rates at 1080p. It wasn’t a great deal slower than the RX 470 though it did trail the GTX 970 and R9 390 by over 10fps. Moving to 1440p we once again find similar results and even at this resolution the GTX 780 was able to provide smooth gameplay. Finally we have Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III and well, the results are what we have come to expect for the most part....

Exactly why the original report was removed isn’t clear. FAST, which is extremely sensitive to low-frequency radio waves, joined the Breakthrough Listen SETI project in October 2016 to search for intelligent extraterrestrial communications in the Universe....
